Customers who have a current support and maintenance agreement receive priority response. Our aim is to provide support to customers with an agreement
within 24 hours. Customers without an agreement will still receive support but this can take up to 72 hours.
- Free System Upgrades
During the Support and Maintenance period you may download the latest release of the software at any time. This means that you will receive new
features and enhancements free of charge.
Customers without an agreement will be charged an upgrade fee
