Default Folder - This is the location that Invoices and Reports will be generated to (unless specified to a different location at time of generation). If you wish to use images in your invoice, you could place the images in a folder within the default Invoice save location, and reference to them in your Template.
SMTP Server - The server used to send mail when selecting "Email This Invoice" You can edit the Invoice and Report templates in this section. For more information regarding Invoice/Report templates, select Invoices > Invoice Templates from the help table of contents. To insert a Default Template, select the Template from the "Insert Default" popup menu. |
