If your browser could not install the following ActiveX control, please set the Internet Explorer security to Medium Level and try again.

For Explorer 4.0, click on View --> Internet Options --> Security --> Medium. Or select Custom --> Settings. Set "Download signed ActiveX controls" and related items to Enable or Prompt.
