About using this program:

The program explains itself, by holding the pointer over most of the controls a text will display.

When you click “registrate a new object”, first stop is to fill in the publishers name and internet address.

Ř      Artist for music,

Ř      Developer for PC-Programs,

Ř      Publisher/maker for Playstation etc.

To use Library4 you must give your objects a unique number, ex –

Ř      Music cd's a number from 1 to 400;

Ř      PC-games number from 401 to 500;

Ř      DVD or VHS objects numbers from 501 to 700 etc.

This is also useful if you later buy a music-cd, you probably want to give it the same number as the rest of music cd’s in your collection.

If there is multiple cd’s in a collection there is an advantage giving each cd a number too.

Example: “Elvis Presley The Best” has number 166; there is four cd’s in this collection therefore give each cd a number from 1 to 4.

You will probably have no problem understanding Library4; forms within should be simple and easy understanding.

This database do only few things like registration and reporting, you can also delete objects you own no more.
