Htmlc : an HTML files generator

This file can be compiled using:

htmlc -I ../../doc_src/Includes/ -env env0 -c example-eng.html

The environment file env0 is:

So that the system variable <\$HOME> is now <$HOME>.

And similarly, the Htmlc'c environment \$X is expanded as $X.

As usual, the hôtel $hotel is situated at $adresse_hotel.
