Change the menu delay.

In a menu, when you highlight an item that has a submenu, you will notice a slight delay before the submenu appears. You can change the delay time by editing the registry. To do this Open Regedit and go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER | Control Panel | Desktop

Create a key called "MenuShowDelay" or modify the existing one and change its value to the delay time you want (in milliseconds). The minimum is 0 and the maximum is 999 milliseconds. The default setting is 400 milliseconds. When you finish, close Regedit and restart your computer.
