Clear Documents Folder.

Windows keep the last 10 files you used in the Documents menu found in the Start menu and if there are others that work on your computer they can easily know what files you were opening. You can delete the contents of the Documents folder by right clicking on the taskbar, choose Properties, Under the Programs Tab and Clear to delete the Documents Folder.
