Please explain a little about yourself:   I actually started tracking before 1992, on a Commodore 64 but 1992 is when I got my 386-33mhz monster and discovered a program called MODEDIT v2.0. I have absolutely no music theory training, nor do I know how to play an instrument (short of screwing around on my guitar a little). I am married to a very beautiful woman named Lisa who I adore. We live in East San Diego, California and have no kids as of right now. I work for a newspaper along the coast called "THE LOG" which focuses on the boating industry/lifestyle.
Do you play any real instruments?
Not really.  I do tinker with the guitar a little,  but I only really know one power chord that I walk up and down the neck to make rythms.   I have no music theory experience what so ever.
If so, for how long?   N/A
Please explain how you discovered the metalmod scene:   Discover the metal mod scene? Hell, I helped CREATE the metal mod scene! When I first got my PC, i started poking around the net looking for metal modfiles. There were very few from only a few trackers like Zack Ohren, Betrayer, and the sort. There was no centralized place to find these files either. I decided to create a small site dedicated to providing metal modfiles to the public. FrizzleFried's Metal Mod of the Week page was born. The rest is history.
What is your opinion on what the metalmod scene has become?   There are TONS more trackers. While some of these trackers suck something fierce, a huge number are damn good. The scene is a LITTLE dis-organized, but growing and I see nothing but positives ahead.
What are your future plans in regards to metal tracking and the metalmod scene in general?   I'd like to do vocals for other peoples projects... continue putting together music disks, and track a tune here and there.
