1. SYSTEM REQUIREMENT
To use BSC E-Mailer you should have Windows 98SE/2000/XP/Vista. At least CPU 450MHz, 128MB RAM, 30MB free hard disk space, some connection to the internet, access to post mail to some mail server (for example from your ISP where you have email).
2. INSTALL/UNINSTALL BSC E-MAILER
There is no need to install BSC E-Mailer. Just unzip archive with BSC E-Mailer to any folder. After that to run BSC E-Mailer just run BSCEMAILER.EXE file and BSC E-Mailer will start.
Uninstalling is really simple. Just delete files with BSC E-Mailer executable, License and this ReadMe.
3. USING BSC E-Mailer
BSC E-Mailer has intuitive and simple interface, so you will find out that it is easy to configure and use it.
To use it you need to enter following data.
TO - enter email addresses to which you want to send this email message. This is space for your email/mailing list. You must enter one email address per row. Also, you can copy/paste whole mailing list from txt file that you have.
FROM (NAME) - enter name of email sender.
FROM (EMAIL) - enter email address of email sender.
REPLY TO (NAME) - enter name of reply receiver.
REPLY TO (EMAIL) - enter email address of reply receiver.
SUBJECT - Subject of email message.
EMAIL BODY - Enter content of your email message or copy/paste it into the box.
LOAD EMAIL MESSAGE - Use this button to load email message in .eml format (from some other software) into BSC E-Mailer.
SAVE EMAIL MESSAGE - Use this button to save curent message from program so you could use it with other software or send it another time to other email addresses.
MAIL SERVER IP OR ADDRESS - IP address (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx in numbers) or regular URL address (name.somedomain.com) of mail server.
SERVER PORT - TCP/IP port of SMTP mail server (usually 25).
MAIL SERVER USERNAME - username needed to gain access to email server (username of your email account on that mail server).
MAIL SERVER PASSWORD - password needed to gain access to email server (password of your email account on that mail server).
YOUR COMPUTER NAME - if you know and have please enter real full name on your computer from you are sending emails (test.domain.com) or if you don't have enter here anything.
START SENDING - Button to start job with sending emails to users of your mailing list after you configured everything.
STOP SENDING - Button to stop process of sending emails.
