Tracked Aggression: EXHUMED is a compilation of
some of the most respected trackers in the scene. Each tracker chose a
song he had already released years ago and re-tracked it. This disk
has both the original and re-tracked versions of each song. I originally
invited 19 people to participate in this project. Of those 19, some
did not respond while a couple declined my invitation for one reason or
another. Eventually, I had 12 participants (including myself).
Over the last couple of months, since I first sent out the
invitations, 2 people have had to drop from the project for reasons of
their own. So what we have left is a still very respectable 10 trackers,
with both original and re-tracked versions of each song for a total of 20
tracked songs.
I feel this project adequately represents the HISTORY of the scene, and how far it has progressed in the few years of its existence. You will notice that a couple songs, while quite a bit better sounding in their re-tracked version, aren't the QUANTUM LEAP some others are. Cadavers song comes to mind. This is solely because Cadaver was quite a bit ahead of his time back in the beginning...therefore his early tunes are of such high quality for it's time, they stand up to today's standards still. Then there are some songs that are NIGHT and DAY when comparing the two. For example, AEUK's tune. All in all, I am very happy with the outcome of this project. And I am confident you will too!
Special thanks goes out to GORJR ...for without his talents, the FRONT END of this project would not be possible. THANK YOU VERY MUCH BRO...and if you have not already tried out his front end, I would very much recommend you do, I think you will like what you see.
I would also like to thank my wife LISA, for without her support this project, nor any project would be possible. (Not to mention she screamed background for my tune...thanks Boo).

A bow to all the trackers/musicians on this disk - awesome job. Greets to the metalmod scene. Thanks to Friz for letting me work on another stellar project (and allowing some time - hehe). Hope everyone enjoys the disk. Nuff said.
